Order
Yes! You can place an order 24/7 and you can always email us. We just like to keep a healthy and happy DoaTeam and they also need a private life and sleep. So there isn't always someone in the office or in the warehouse. The customer service is staffed during regular office hours. The warehouse opens and closes a little earlier. Of course, we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible and answer e-mail as soon as we can!
At the moment you can order at DoaBuy if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium. We have the ambition to become big and international, but we are not that far yet. But keep a close eye on the shop, because we will!
Because there are plenty of people in the Netherlands and Belgium who can't read Dutch or Flemish. And in the end, we also want to cross the border! You'd better be prepared.
- Find your items
- You start by looking for the articles you like. Click through the menu bar at the top of the page or type in the search bar what you are looking for.
- Click on an product that you wish to purchase. You will now go to the product page of this item. Here you can enter a number in the blue box. Then click on the orange order button. The item will now be added to your shopping cart. The pop-up will ask you if you want to continue shopping or if you have added everything you need and you wish to go to your shopping cart.
- Shopping cart
- Either, after adding the item to the shopping cart, you click in the pop-up on the go-to-cart button, or you click on the symbol of the shopping cart at the top of the page. If you use the top of the page button a small popup opens and you need to click on the view shopping cart button at the bottom of that window.
- Your DoaBuy shopping cart contains the items you have added from the webshop. Check the quantities and sizes carefully. Do you want to change something? Use the + and - next to the number of items field. You can still adjust the number per product here. Note: the – only appears if there are more than 1 pieces of the same item in the cart. If you want to delete the item completely, press the trash button at the bottom of that article.
- Do you want to add a DoaDiscount? Then add it here in the shopping cart! In the gray side bar, expand the 'Add discount code' button. Here you can enter the code and the discount will be effective immediately.
- Now press the orange order button.
- Log in, register or order as guest
- If you already have a 'my DoaBuy' account, you log in (automatically) and you can continue immediately.
- No 'my DoaBuy' yet? Then click on 'Create account' and fill in your contact details. 'My DoaBuy' is not mandatory, but future ordering goes faster and you benefit from extras if you have an account.
- Fill in details
- If you have not created an account, you still need to fill out the information that we need to process your order. Click through to the shipping information at the bottom.
- Here you choose whether and with which method the shipment should be made. Depending on the package, the corresponding options show.
Click through to the payment method.
- Delivery and payment options
- Choose the payment method that suits you best. You can also pay afterwards via Klarna. Then click through to the overview page.
- Place your order
- On this last page you tick that you agree with our conditions. If you then click on the orange buy button, your order is final and we will get to work for you. You enter into a payment obligation, as you now are officially buying the items. Congratulations! And have fun with your order!
As long as the package has not been sent, you can still cancel or adjust. Please contact our customer service at support@doabuy.eu and we will take a look for you.
Is the order already sent? Then of course we can't change anything anymore, because the package has already left our door. In that case you’ll have to wait until you receive the package and use our return service.

Payment
At the moment we offer the ability to pay via; iDeal, Bancontact/Mr Cash, Creditcard (VISA, Master Card, American Express). DoaBuy also works with Klarna which offers you the possibility to pay afterwards. This way you can try us out without any risk! We have kept all payment options free for you as a customer.
You can pay with a giftcard like you do in a normal offline store. The amount will then be debited from the card and the rest of the sum remains on your card until the next time you pay. To use your gift card, enter the code in the payment method. The gift card cannot be entered in the discount-field in the basket. This is for discount codes only.
Oy, that's annoying! Could it possibly be that you enter the code in the discount field within the cart? Some confusion still arises because we have a field in the shopping cart for DoaDiscount codes. This field does not accept gift card codes. The gift card is a means of payment as in a physical shop. You can therefore enter it later on in checkout process. Furthermore, we use both the capital letter O and the number 0 in the codes. I hope this helps and the card works now! If you still have problems, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help you!
Those are our discount codes for example for a 10% discount on the checkout price. You can enter them in the shopping basket and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
So sorry, the code doesn't work! That is of course a real pity. Can it be that your order does not meet the conditions of the DoaDiscount code? Or that you have used the code before? There can also sometimes be a little confusion about where to enter the code. DoaDiscount codes are a discount that you enter in the shopping cart. The field at checkout is for the gift card and is a payment method. If everything is correct and the code still does not work properly, please send an email to our customer service at support@doabuy.eu and we'll have a look at it for you!
We strive to refund within 10 working days of cancellation or 10 working days after processing a returned product. The paid amount will be refunded to the IBAN, Credit Card or PayPal account known to us. If you paid by DoaGiftcard, the amount will be transferred back to the card or you will receive a new one. This will not be converted to cash.

The customer is charged just a part of the shipping costs, not all. So we share the cost with you when we have to. Many webshops make their items more expensive and hide a share of the shipping costs in it. DoaBuy likes transparency, so at our shop the item price is just the item price and not a price plus something else. This way we can keep our prices low. Because we do have to pay for the shipping costs, we will charge them if we need to. Either because it is a big item and special delivery, or because its a small order and we would otherwise lose money on the order. In most cases, you as a customer will end up paying less!
We give our parcels to DPD, PostNL or DHL. We also have our own DoaDelivery. The delivery service that delivers the parcel is also the one who will communicate about the date and time of delivery. How failed deliveries after they found no-one at home or postponed deliveries will be handled, depends on this party. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
If you ordered on a working day before 15:00, we try to hand over the package to the delivery service on the same day. After that, the delivery period depends on the parcel service, but it often takes one or two days. You will receive track-and-trace information so you can keep an eye on it. How soon you will receive your parcel depends on how busy the parcel delivery service is. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

If you order a sofa and a vase, for example, the customer service department will contact you about the delivery of the sofa. We then look at the options together to see what is most convenient in terms of available loading space and delivery times. We want to leave as small an ecological footprint as possible and deliver as much as possible in one shipment, but that can sometimes turn out differently.

Even though we don't like to to give you this answer, for current information we unfortunately have to refer you to the website of the relevant parcel service.

That's our own delivery service! Ultimately, we want to be in control of our customers' satisfaction when it comes to deliveries. So we want to move towards doing the deliveries ourselves. Until then, our still modest DoaDelivery will only drive for heavy packages if you make that choice in the checkout.
One business day before the delivery date, you will receive a time window by email or SMS from our DoaDelivery service before 17:00. This message will state a maximum timeframe of two hours, which will be scheduled between 07:00 and 20:00.
In the unlikely event that you are not at home at the time of your scheduled appointment, please contact the DoaBuy customer service as soon as possible to make an alternative delivery appointment.
Do check beforehand whether the items fit through the door and whether passages are free of breakables and obstacles so that the delivery goes smoothly and without any problems!

Yes! As long as the product has not been sent. If you change the delivery address or the delivery date, it is best to e-mail our customer service as soon as possible. That way we immediately have the correct details and can see what we can do for you. Once the product has been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot make any more changes.

The DoaCheck is a bit of extra security! An extra service from quality control if you will. This way we, but also you, know for sure that the article is in perfect (working) order.

We check whether the quality meets our standards, whether, for example, electronics work properly and whether a set or package is complete, if all nuts and bolts are there and whether it is easy to assemble, whether you are not missing any instructions etc. After that we put everything neatly back into the box. Everything for a happy customer!
You understand that, to be able to do so, we have to open the box. An article with a DoaCheck sticker has not been used and it is not a return, it has only been through our quality check! The DoaCheck sticker simply applies as the original seal and therefore has no influence on your warranty or returning with closed packaging.

- Your parcel has arrived. The 30-day return period starts and you decide to return (a part of) your order. The only exceptions to the 30-day return policy are seasonal items such as Christmas and Halloween. These are subject to a 14-day return period.
- Send a message to our customer service that you want to return the item. The easiest way is to reply on your order confirmation. We’ll have all the data right away and you immediately send it to the right email address: support@doabuy.eu We would of course prefer to hear why you are returning the item so that we can learn from this, but it is not mandatory. And you make us particularly happy if you send a photo of the product you are going to return. This way we cannot only keep an eye on whether items reach our customers in good condition but also whether returned items are damaged in the delivery process back to us. And if there is something wrong with the item and that is why you want to send it back, we would love to see that! Suppose, for example, that the product is unsaleable and we have to write it off, then it is much better for the environment not to have a parcel service drive for it. So it is not mandatory, but it is very much appreciated!
- You will receive a confirmation from our customer service with information and a return label.
- Put the items disassembled and undamaged back in the original, undamaged packaging and put the products neatly back in the original delivery packaging or in another sturdy packaging.
- Ship the package with the parcel service of your choice back to our warehouse. This address is also at the bottom of the footer and on our contact page.
- Keep your return receipt safe until you are sure that we have received the item and your return has been processed.

Oh no, that's a shame! We do our very best during packing to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition. If there is any damage visible upon delivery, please report this immediately to the delivery guy for a note and please send a message, with a photo, to our customer service as soon as possible via support@doabuy.eu. Also check the article in the box for damage and to see if it works. Try to report the damage to us within 1 or 2 days of receiving it.
